Ingredients
250g Rice Noodles (soaked in hot water for 20 minutes)
3 cups Beansprouts
150g Tofu diced
5 tbsp roasted Peanuts chopped
150g Mushrooms cut
1/2 cup Garlic Chives cut
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tbsp Tamarind Concentrate
1 tbsp (Palm) Sugar
4 Cloves Garlic chopped
2 tbsp white Rice Vinegar
5 tbsp light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oil and Oil for frying

Thanks !!!! We love pad thai… Me n my kids… AND WE ARE VEGETARIAN !!! Can u please tell me the brand of rice noodles to use and if it can be got from a Chinese store as that's all I have close to my home. Also please shoe how to make plain steamed white rice (including brand of rice) like the kind one gets in thai restaurants…. In the US.
