What a lovely video , I have been cooking tortilla samosas for years cuz my kids love samosas , but in this video I learned something new which I will try , ( to close the sides I was just using warm milk and pressing it with fork ) but I will definitely going to try this paste thanks for sharing .

Thanks for sharing this Samosa recipe. I'll have to try it. I have made a lot of Indian friends in the Midwest U.S. region I live. I've known some of them since I was a young girl. They have made so many great Indian appetizers and dishes over the years including Samosas. Samosas also make me think of one of my male cousins who loves Indian food as much as my sister & I do.
