Secret of Street Style Sandwich – Sandwich Masala | Veg Sandwich Masala | Gujarati Recipes

In this recipe video we will make a tasty & chatpata Sandwich Masala. This masala can be used in any type of sandwich recipe. In this sandwich masala will roast some spices and then we will grind it into fine powder. A sprinkle of this tasty masala will make your sandwich simply tasty and chatpata. You can store this Sandwich Masala in an air tight container for a long period of time. As we have roasted the spices well the shelf life of this sandwich masala is good. Recipe:

Ingredients:
8-10 Black Peppercorns (Sabut Kali Mirch)
8-10 Cloves (Laung)
1 Teaspoon Fenel Seeds (Saunf)
1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
¼ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
1 Teaspoon Amchur Powder
½ Teaspoon Black Salt (Kala Namak)
Salt

Procedure:
1. In a pan add cloves, black peppercorns, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Roast it well.
2. Let it cool down and add it to mixer jar. Add asafoetida, amchur powder, black salt and salt.
3. Grind it into fine powder and our tasty & chatpata sandwich masala is ready.
