In this video you will learn how to make “Potato patties with walnuts”.
Patties of potatoes (Potato patties, potato burgers, cutlets of potato) and vegetables with walnuts is a delicious dish for vegetarians and people who are fasting.

Ingredients:
– Carrot – 2 pcs
– Potato – 250g
– Onion – 1 pc
– Walnut kernels – 80g
– Salt – 1.5 tsp.
– Ground black pepper – 1/3 tsp.
– Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
– Oat flakes – 1/2 cup
– Flour – 1/2 cup
– Vegetable oil for frying
– Bay leaf – 1 pc.
– Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
– Water – 1/2 cup

Cooking:
Finely grind and mix all the ingredients. Add salt and spices. Form the balls and roll in flour. Put on the frying pan. Fry on both sides under a lid. Transfer to a saucepan. Add bay leaf, tomato paste and water. Cover with a lid
and stew for 5 minutes. Done!
