Hi Ranveer, i am "Skinny Fat Ectomorph" its been more than 14 months i have been training and spending money on protein but have'nt got any desired result, when i try to bulk i get love handles and when i cut i look super skinny. I just want to build basic lean body. I hate my structure of having big waist line and skinny arms and flat chest. I recently got my testosterone level check and it came to 362( which is low). there is no improvement in my strength, i lift same weight since 8 month. Please help me get rid of skinny fat situation and improve my strength. ( I am 6.1 ft tall and 192 Lbs weight nd Eggiterian). Thanx
