Ingredients (Mix Vegetable Curry):
Fine chopped onion: 1 cup,
Fine chopped tomatoes: 2 cup,
Green peas (fresh or frozen): ½ cup,
Chopped carrots: 2/3 cup,
Chopped Broccoli: 2 cups,
Diced paneer: 2/3 cup,
Soya nuggets: 2/3 cup,
Grated ginger: 1 tbs,
Grated Garlic: 1tbsp,
Cumin seeds (Zeera): 1tsp,
Red chilly powder (lal mirch): 1tsp,
Coriander powder (dhania): 3tsp,
Cumin powder (zeera powder): 2tsp,
Turmeric powder (haldi): ¾ tsp,
Cinnamon sticks: 2,
Cloves: 6-7,
Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi): 2 tbsp,
Coriander leaves: 2 tsp,
Milk: 1 cup,
Salt to taste,
Oil for cooking

its almost like the biryani recipe, over there we add yoghurt and here milk and obv we add cooked rice and keep in on flame for 20 mins… fair enough easy and it looks tasty 🙂

I just made this dish! It is fantastic! I didn't cook the veggies as long as you did as to not lose as many nutrients, and I used a box of chopped tomatoes instead of chopping my own. Next time I will chop fresh tomatoes so that the dish will yield the same color as your dish. Thanks for a great recipe!
