For the coconut paste
Coconut – 50gms
Cashew – 4-5
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 2

For the curry
Whole Spices – Bay leaf, Star Anise, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom
Fennel seed – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 2-3 slit
Onion – 1 medium sized chopped
Tomato – 1 medium sized chopped
Cauliflower – 1 medium sized florets
Green Peas – 1 cup
Water – 2.5 cups
Oil and Salt – as per requirement
