HI HILAH 🙂 SUPPOSEDLY MICROWAVING IS BAD BECAUSE IT SPEEDS UP THE MOLECULES INSIDE FOOD AND INEVITABLY DESTROYS THEM UNLIKE HOW COOKIN WOULD DO WHICH IS LIKE "BAKING" THE MOLECULE 🙂
