I love me some noodles, especially stir fried noodles! In my list of favorites, they are up there with pizza and tacos… hey, I am born and raised American! We are so lucky to be able to exposed to so many different kinds of cuisines in this day and age so I highly recommend you try this one!

This is a super easy recipe that even beginner cooks can conquer and look like masters. I love stir fry noodles because while I chose shiitake mushrooms and broccolini as my featured veggies in this episode, I think of this dish as a “clean out the fridge… and only you know the secret” kind of dish. You can easily mix and match what you put in it and it will be delicious! You can even add tofu or the protein of your choice! It’s so versatile!
