How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Recipe | Family-Friendly Vegan Snack~Brown Vegan
Buffalo cauliflower is a perfect healthy vegan snack for any occasion. It’s spicy but my kids can’t get enough of this delicious snack.
I haven’t fried it but that’s a great idea if you want it really crispy.

Here are the measurements:
1 large head of cauliflower, broken into bite sized pieces
½ cup rice or all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup water
½ cup hot sauce
1 tbsp vegan margarine, melted

OMG, I just made this – it's AMAZING! Thank you so much! (I used frozen cauliflower – quick-thawed and drained under a warm faucet – and dropped the water in the original batter down to 1/4c. to compensate for the extra liquid.) Wonderful!!!
I tried all recipes on youtube, nothing is work. they turn out not
crispy at all, so soft and the flour does not stick on the
cauliflowers. some video states that I need to leave the cauliflowers in
the oven at least 8 hours. but only 1 hour it already burn like hell
while the texture stays soft. I dont think this recipe going to work as well, but I will try.
In no way a veggie but my wife made these and wow they taste amazing. She asked me to do the sauce and I just bunged a load of sweet chilli sauce and a bit of ketchup. Mix it all up and roast it again and oh my word were they tasty. Did not in any way actualy taste like cauliflower. The texture of it all was just immense, could have demolished a whole tray.

This was so good, I made a mistake and ate a whole head of cauliflower in one sitting. Lesson learned.

If you use parchment paper it will not stick.
I didn't take the time to read through your comments, but if you used parchment paper on your baking sheet, you wouldn't need to worry about the cauliflower sticking. Just FYI. I did thoroughly enjoy this recipe. Thanks and be blessed.
