High Protein Vegetarian Bodybuilding Meal – Healthy Moong Dal Recipe
Hi I am Karan Asthana & this is a video of a high protein vegetarian bodybuilding meal. It is basically a recipe of Moong Dal which is very easily available in Indian and more than that its a good source of protein,due to lower amount of Phytic Acid content in it,it has higher bioavailablity.

I do the same thing, same recipe, 2 meals a day, each containing 200gm of dry mung beans soaked and the exact cooking recipe except I may use dry spice powders for additional flavoring. I eat this recipe with some kind of vegetable potato curry and basmati rice. Mung beans are best because you don't have to soak them for much long. And the reason I use plant based foods is because it helps build muscle much faster than if you included animal protein sources, cuz animal protein acidifies body and makes it harder to recover. Karan bhai..100gm me around 25gm protein hai..yeh info sahi hai kya? because bahut sare sites me like myfitnesspal etc after cooking 100gm me around 7gm likha hua h..please clarify
