Cookies with cheese and pepper and sesame is delicious dessert-pastry (dessert bakery product) for lacto-ovo-vegetarians (contains dairy (milk products)).
If you replace cottage cheese with bean curd (soy cottage cheese), the recipe is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients:

– Cottage cheese – 200g
– Baking soda – 2/3 tsp.
– Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp.
– Salt – 1 tsp.
– Oil – 4 tbsp. (80 ml.)
– Flour – 200g
– Sweetened water (or egg yolk) = 50 ml of water + 1 tsp. of sugar
– sesame seeds – approx. 4 tsp.

Cooking:
Put cottage cheese in a bowl.
Add baking soda, black pepper powder, salt, oil.
Add the flour. Knead the tight dough. Roll out 3-4 mm thick.
Cut into strips. Put on a baking sheet.
Lubricate with sweetened water (or egg yolk). Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C = 10 minutes + at the end for 5 minutes, turn on the grill.
Cottage cheese cookies with pepper is ready.
