Asafoetida 1 spoon
Green chillies 50 gm
Onion 2 large
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 & 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder 1 Spoon

For Seasoning:
Lemon Juice
Black pepper powder
