"Potato bread bowl" is called kumpir. It's traditional street food in Cracow (Poland).

şakşuka (shak shuka in eglish) is a meze (an appetizer) in turkish cuisine. it's made with fried aubergines in tomato sauce. what you made in the video is called menemen. AND YES we eat as a traditional breakfast item. first you stir fry some hot green peppers in olive oil and add cubed tomatoes, you cook it until the peppers are soft and then add the egg into it. you may stir a little bit until the eggs are cooked or let it sit as it is, its up to you. Don't forget to throw in some salt, black pepper and a bit cumin. hope you feel enlightened 🙂
