Not actually like that, this menu is super spicy, garlic, and hot. Its not good for the baby. Cuz, whatever the pregnant eat, the baby also eat it too.
I have been searching the internet for ages looking for the best green papaya salad recipe and finally found it. Thanks for making this I have shared it on my face book page goodbye oven. https://www.facebook.com/goodbyeoven
I think it is a good way to cook papaya salad if you don't have equipment haha. However, try to use fish sauce instead of soy sauce because it tastes much better unless you are vegetarian. We also put dried prawns and sting bean in papaya salad too… It tastes really good and makes the salad look colourful. In Thailand, there are many styles of papaya salad and they all taste good! PS. You guys do good joy fob.
The easier way to shred the papaya is to leave it intact n not cut it in half. Thai have a hand held shredder, seem like was esp made for shredding papaya. So u can just shred all around the papaya til u get close to the seeds, then just throw away. This skips the messy step of having to clean out the seeds. Just be careful not to shred too close to the seeds so none of them will fall out. But if some falls out, obviously just pick them out. N ur missing a key ingredients..tamarind!
ick soy sauce… it HAS to be fish sauce sorry. i mean make it how you want adjysted to your taste but this us no thai papaya salad lol. coming from someone who is part thai. im also cambodian and laotian. we also use fish sauce for papaya salad…
i want to try this recipe but you're basically using a very un-riped papaya right?
Looks very delicious. Like to know once prepared salad how many days can be stored in fridge.
