Raw Salad Dressing Recipe
I’ve been trying out so many RAW foods lately and this one is one of my favourite go to raw salad dressings:) Not only does it taste amazing, but your actually getting a serving of veggies and doesn’t contain any added oil, sugar, or salt! If your going to eat a salad make sure your topping it with a healthy dressing.
What You Need:
-1 cup organic cherry tomatoes
-1 heaping tbsp. raw tahini
-1/2 lemon
-1 green onion
-1 tsp. yellow mustard/ or raw mustard seed
I was inspired to make this video by an amazing Raw Foodist: Megan Elizabeth or EasyToBeRaw! https://www.youtube.com/user/EasyToBeRaw . You should definitely go check her out her channel if you haven’t already.

Wow, I made the recipe and it's RIDICULOUSLY delicious! I added salt. It even works with regular tomato, red onion and German mustard. It honestly DOES taste like McDonald's Big Mac sauce. Thanks for this recipe! If I ever get those McDonald's cravings, I know exactly what to make instead, that's healthy!
lol i don't know if I want to smell chemical infested McDonald's burger…but it looks very tasty : )
I have to say that this does NOT taste like a cheeseburger lol. But, that said, it is good. Though it doesn't have any added salt, adding a bit of sea salt does kick the flavor up a notch. Overall, a good raw dressing that I will be making again. Thank you
I looove this, can't wait to try, thanks for sharing
This dressing is so delicious I won't put anything else on my salads! Thank you!
something about a blended cheeseburger just doesn't sound right to me. lol. but i'm sure it's tasty.
Do you have anymore salad dressing recipes?
Thank u so much. I can't have peppers either. Sorry.i have kidney disease.
I cannot use tahini, would almond butter work.? An no tomatoes. Thanks.
How long can we store the dressing??
Good recipe……
I couldn't find tahini at my local grocery store. what's a tahini?
I made this dressing today and I think I'll really like it when I do it properly. I think I added to little tahini because the dressing turned out a little more sour(?) than I anticipated. I therefor made a little batch of your raw parmesan (minus the salt) and that really evened out the taste, so I guess I was short on the tahini. Again I'm amazed at how lively a such a freshlymade dressing taste, like with the spinachpesto (everybody I prepare it for loves it btw)
So if I wanted to make a garlic dressing, can use the basis of this dressing? I think I should replace the mustard with garlic, but do I leave in the tahini? Or can I replace that with kokos oil? I guess that ind of defeats the purpose of having a dressing without added salt and fat, just thinking out loud here … maybe not use tomatos but cucumber now that I think of it.
This is really nice, thanks again for putting my mind to good work :)
I have never heard of tahini. is that something I can get at a local grocery store or would I have to purchase from a place like whole foods?
Again, this is great. I used today for zucchini/cucumber recipe and it's great! It's my standard dressing for now. Obviously I'm assimilating it into my portfolio. Thank you again.
Great!
Real good, am enjoying my dinner as I watch the rest of this video. Thanks!
Looks (sounds) great! (However why eat something that makes one think of Mc Shit?)
OMG!!! Just found your channel and had to immediately try this dressing and AMAZING!!! Yum 😉 new subbie!!!
