i just bought okra yesterday cause i just started to try eating better recently, and i dont know what to do with it, never tried any okras all my life. hahaha. so glad i found ur video, i have all the ingredients in my kitchen. def gonna try this!

Bonito is fish, so not vegetarian, so I will pass.
Okra is also used in Chinese cooking, but I have only had it cooked. I didn't know that it can easily be served raw, like in this simple salad. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the feedback. Raw food energizes me if it's sashimi or fresh cole slaw. This one too. Maybe it's the enzyme.

I usually like my okra pan fried but I am going to have to try this salad! I think I would have to put some sesame oil and wasabi! Looks really good!

I grew up eating okra like this served with steamed rice. This, Natto beans, and Yamaimo are my three favorites, LOVE da slime. 😎
