I made a pasta salad somewhat similar to this for a bbq later today. I used bow tie pasta, haus cucumbers, yellow and orange bell peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, sundried tomatoes, crumbled feta, and zesty Italian dressing. Make it the night before and it's delicious! Sometimes add chunks of pepperoni or chicken breast to change it up.
