* Cucumber – 3/4 cup, chopped
* Carrot – 1/2 cup, grated
* Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp, chopped
* Fresh coconut – 1/4 cup, grated
* Salt – 1/4 tsp, as per taste
* Black pepper – 1/4 tsp

For tempering:
* Oil – 1 tsp
* Rai (mustard seed) – 1/2 tsp
* Few curry leaves
* Pinch of hing
