There are always dairy free yogurts. And this already looks amazing. I recommend carrot instead of the apple because it's kind of overpowering.
Valid points; of course, there remains the issue of the availability of lactose free products and the desire to simply not consume dairy. The pills and other 'cures' may minimize the effects of consuming dairy, but from my experience they do not eliminate the effects. Mayonnaise, especially if home made, and used in limited quantities is the best option for me.
So many times I've read 'Dont mix your fruits with other foods. Screws up your digestion!'
I'd prob also add about a tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to my dressing. Great recipe!
