All the ingredients were purchased at the 99 CENTS ONLY store and everything was $.99 cents each.
You will need the following:
1 bag of imitation crabmeat 8 oz
Add a squeeze of your favorite Mayo ( add enough to coat all the crab meat.)
Add a tablespoon or two of your favorite Ranch dressing.
Add a handful each of the green onions, celery and yellow onion.
Add a dash of salt & pepper to taste.
Mix everything together and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.
Before serving top the salad with the seasoning of your CHOICE: Old bay, cajun seasoning, seasoned salt, cayenne pepper, or paprika.

When I say "salad" I usually think about something really fresh, healthy and green.. And all I see here is fat.. Lots of fat. Shouldn't it be called something other than "salad"?

is the frozen imitation crabmeat cooked?
Hi! We have Dollar General St ores here in the Denver, Colorado metro area. They don't sell frozen imitation crab meat. But I really would like to try the recipe. It costs $6.99 per pound in the deli. So I really would like to make it at a much more reasonable price.
Great idea! It was screaming for lemon juice, but I'll add that on mine instead lol. $.99??!? I was at bj's today, a small can of crab meat was for $20! of course i said no lol. I will look for this place soon. Thanks for sharing! :)
Thanks
