I made this and it is better cold from the fridge (overnight). However, I didn't wait for everything to cool down yesterday, just let it sit one hour at room temperature. It was still warm (not at room temperature) whenever I dug (dug is that the preterite for dig?) into it.

hey Laura, i love the fact that you go for healthy all the time. haven't tried any of your recipes yet but am very excited to do so very soon.
just had a suggestion though, could you possibly show us how to preserve the food and for how long? because it gets really busy during the week and i like to have my food cooked during the weekends as much as i can. just let me know if tht is possible.
