Hi guys!
Longtime no see!!! OMG I missed you guys so much! Actually we are in a processing of moving to a new area, so it has been very hard for me to find the time to film / editing videos lately.
I filmed this a while ago, and I finally finished editing it!!

Hope I get more time to film maybe vlog or something about our moving and etc.

I remade this ginger dressing recipe, because everyone was asking me to re-upload this recipe since I removed my old YouTube channel.
So here it is! I know it’s very late but better than never, right? 😉

Ginger Dressing Ingredients

1 fuji apple, seeded, and roughly chopped
1/2 pear (you can use any kind), seeded, and roughly chopped
Small bunch of celery, roughly chopped
1/2 of medium carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 of small onion, peeled, and roughly chopped
1 Thumb size ginger, peeled, and roughly chopped
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tbs. citrus soda
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbs. sugar
1/3 cup natural flavor oil, such as grape seed, canola, vegetable, sunflower, peanut and etc.


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and grate everything until very smooth texture and no chunks.

2. Keep it in a refrigerator for a week.
