Custard & Honey Mixed Fruit Salad | Recipe In Tamil with English description

2 different types of Fruit Salad i.e., Custard Fruit Salad and Honey Fruit Salad. Stay tuned to Gowri Samayalarai for more Recipes.

Ingredients:

Fruits – Any fruit of your choice, avoid watery fruits like watermelon etc.

For honey salad :
Jaggery – 1 Table spoon, honey- 1 table spoon, cardamom powder.

For custard fruit salad :

milk- 1/2 litre, custard powder- 2 table spoon, sugar- 2 table spoon.

Steps:

Take boiled & cool milk, In 3 spoons of milk, mix custard powder without any lumps, Boil milk along with sugar, When sugar melts, add custard powder paste, Cook 2 minutes in medium flame, keep stirring, Let it cool down. Keep in fridge for 2-3 hours, Mix the custard with mixed cut fruits Serve cool.

For honey fruit salad mix fruits powdered jaggery, honey, cardamom powder & serve cool.
