Chicken Apple Salad :
Ingredients:
Boiled chicken ¾ cup
Apples 2-3
Capsicums 1
Raisins 2-3 tbsp
Lettuce as required
Roasted almonds as required
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Icing sugar 1 tbsp
Method:
In a bowl chicken cubes and all ingredients add and mix well then serve it .

Afghani Channa Pulao :
Ingredients:
Boiled sella rice 3 cups
Boiled white chickpea 1-1/2 cup
Chicken stock 1 cup
Grated carrot ½ cup
Black raisins 3 tbsp
Clarified butter ½ cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Pulao masala 1-1/2 tbsp
Chopped onion 1 large
Salt as required
Pulao masala ingredients:
Black cumin 1 tbsp
White cumin 1 tbsp
Large cardamom 2-3
Small cardamom 5-6
Method:
Add the salt in rice and boil it .then fry onion in clarified butter .now add pulao masala and chickpea then roast it .now add stock .when stock boil then add rice and mix and then lemon sprinkling and leave on dum .now in frying pan add sugar caramel and add carrot then cook .finally add raisin. After this remove rice in dish and then garnish with remaining carrot and raisin and serve .

Chicken Steam Roast :
Ingredients:
Marination ingredients :
Chicken tikka 3
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Oil for frying
Second marination ingredients:
Yogurt ½ cup
Vinegar 3 tbsp
Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder ¾ tsp
Chaat masala for sprinkling
Fries for serving
Method:
Cut mark on chicken tikka pieces and all masala mix and leave for 2 to 3 hours .then heat oil and fry till than colour .now in yogurt add second ingredients mix and apply on chicken then leave for 2 to 3 hours .after this do the steam till than tender .finally chaat sprinkling and serve with fries .
