Can Healthy Food Be Delicious?

I went to Living Light Culinary Institute to learn how to make healthy food delicious. There I learnt knife skills, food combining, flavour balancing and how to make delicious raw vegan recipes only using whole, fresh ingredients straight from Mother Nature. No sugar, no wheat, no dairy. To top it off, all food was un-cooked, so no oven, stove or heating was involved, in order to preserve the nutrition and enzymes in it. After coming back, I developed many Indian recipes that are not only healthy but also delicious.
