Sharbat:

Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Green syrup 1 cup
Soaked chia seeds ¼ cup
Dry fruit ¼ cup
Boiled and blanched almonds ¼ cup
Red china grass ½ cup
Green china grass ½ cup
Method:
• Prepare china grass in 1 glass of water and divide it in to two and add green food color in one and red in the other. Let it set.
• In a blender add milk, any syrup, chia seeds, dry fruit and pieces of china grass.
• Garnish it with dry fruits on top.
