Chia seed in my country is very rare and expensive…
how many grams of oats did you use ? those cup measures freak my out :D
is it a must to put chia seeds ?
Today I cooked it with a 1/2 mashed banana as a sweetener instead of honey, and it's the best as it made it way lighter and the taste is more balanced for some reason even though I never added much honey to begin with.
chi seeda and maca powder did change the taste.is it necessory or not.

does soy milk work?
vanilla almond milk, cinnamon, banana, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts/pecans! Love eating this for breakfast. Especially b/c you can place in a cup and cook it up in the microwave and take it with you in the car. EASY and not expensive at all. Great video.
I personally think that if you talked in the video explaining the nutritional benefits of some of the ingredients it would've been better because I didn't even know what one of the berries were ahahahaha but great video! And your editing skills were on point???? hope to see more :)
So happy I came across this. I just found out I have diabetes. Will be looking at more of these to relearn how to eat.
