Mango Ginger Chutney:
Ingredients:
Mango chunks 1½ cups
Sugar ½ cup
Vinegar ½ cup
Chopped ginger 1½ tbsp
Crushed red chili 1½ tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Yellow food color 1 pinch

Method:
• Heat oil and lightly fry ginger.
• then add sugar, yellow food color, vinegar, 4 tbsp water and crushed red chili; cook it till sugar dissolves.
• Then add mango chunks and cook till it forms a thick consistency.
