Crispy Wheat Dosa/Quick Breakfast Recipe/Indian Wheat Crepes

If you are craving for dosa, but do not have the time to grind the batter and keep it overnight, here is a quick n easy recipe. Prepare the batter within a few min. and make the crispy n tasty dosas right away!!!
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups;
Sugar – 1 tbsp;
Salt – 1 tsp;
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp;
Coriander powder – 1 tsp;
Garam masala powder – 1 or 1/2 tsp;
Yogurt/curd – 2 tbsp;
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp;
Water to make a thick batter (2-3 cups).
Oil/butter/ghee for cooking the dosa.
