1 Scoop (30g) Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (16g)
1-2 Packets Sweetener
Calories in the whole recipe:

1-2 Teaspoons Sriracha (5-10g)

Tips: Think outside the box. Add fresh fruit, nuts, or anything else to any of the recipes.
Replace sriracha with salsa in the tuna recipe if you don’t like sriracha (if that’s possible)!
Fridge/Freezer for a bit to make them taste even better!

If you want to know how good cottage cheese can be, make your own! A gallon of 120F skim milk, 3/4 cup white vinegar, some salt and some milk or cream to finish. I never buy it anymore.
