Made this last night, sooooooo good!
Is their any other type of cheese you can use on this dish? For where I live I cant find this truffle pecorino cheese anywhere
Is it too dangerous to use truffle oil and a non truffle cheese??? Thanks Chef!
We have truffels in Namibia as well. For them to grow we need rainy conditions up to May. They are not the same as those that you get inEurope, and they are much cheaper. We make a meal of them on its own just with rice or we eat them as a side dish. You can also can or freeze them. We have a drought in our country, so I think we will again not have any truffels this year. If we get them again, I will try to add some to the cauliflower bake. We definately do not get truffeled cheese here.
your way of talking ????
This is so beautiful. Thanks Chef John.
