just made some,therye great.
i hope you dont mind, but im trying to find how my mom used to do her peppers. she used to boil the peppers and then added the meat in raw into the oven and cook them. but other then that i dont know how she used to do it. she passed to a better place before the yr was started. so im trying to find how she fully made hers. she was like 85ish.. =/
and i cant find how she used to do it anywhere.. (why i call what she did classic. xD ) if you could help me thanks.

Subbed but I'm curious. Won't the amount of time the meat filling is being cooked frying time to brown then 35 minutes in the oven make the meat filling quite taste a little dry? Or does the cheese and egg counteract that?
