SPICY CHEESY KOREAN FIRE CHICKEN (BULDAK) 치즈불닭 RECIPE!

INGREDIENTS (Serves 2 HUNGRY)

1 Pounds Chicken (Cut Into Bite Sized Pieces)
1/2 Cup Hot Pepper Flakes ( https://amzn.to/2MvO2Mu )
2-3 Tbsp Hot Pepper Paste ( https://amzn.to/2Wgq9Nx )
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1-2 Cups Rice Cakes
1/4 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Honey
6 Large Garlic Cloves Minced
2 Tsp Ginger Minced
1 Pound of Mozzarella
1 Green Onion Minced

STEPS TO COOK THE DELICIOUS DISH!

1. Combine the red pepper flakes, red pepper paste, soy sauce, oil, black pepper, honey, garlic, and ginger into a bowl. Mix well into a sweet/spicy sauce
2. Add the chopped chicken and mix well
3. Heat up skillet and add 1 Tbsp of oil
4. Add in the rice cakes and fry for a few minutes till their a little crispy looking (takes a few minutes)
5. Place the marinade (with chicken inside) into the heavy pan and use water to get the last of the sauce!
6. Cover and cook over medium high heat for about 8 minutes! Careful not to burn the bottom!
7. Stir and turn the chicken and make sure the rice cakes are at the top so it doesn’t burn! Turn heat to low and cover/cook for another ~10 minutes till chicken is fully cooked!
8. While this is cooking pre-heat the oven broiler
9. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and place the oven safe pan into the oven
10. Remove when melty and bubbly and careful because it’s hot!
11. Top with green onions and be a green onion princess and enjoy!
