pra dun sa nagtanong qng bkit wlang salt ndi nyo po cguro pinanood ng maiigi kasi nilagyan nya po un ng soy sauce nong minarinate nya ung beef tsaka may nagtanong po qng bkit 15mins. lng na niluto ung bistek npanood nyo po ba na tinenderize nya un gamit ung likod ng kutsilyo at manipis po ung pgkakahiwa ng beef kaya lutong luto po un kasi ang lahat po ng karne at gulay pag na overcooked nawawala ang vitamins at nag iiba ang lasa..
