I cannot wait to try these. I am a diabetic so I was pleasantly surprised that you used cauliflower mash instead of potato.
Why do you need to preheat the oven?
Its not even 5 a.m. and I on Youtube ready to find a recipe to cook so I can eat.lol. I am definetly craving Pork Chops after I saw the video u made of how to make the ones u did. My man is picky n will just want a regular fried one, but Im goin all the way n making it the way u did. this looks great. I want to go w/ the beef stock I think though
I bought some pork chops this past Sunday, and..i know how to cook chops, I'm just out of practice…I love this video because it took me back to Basics..Thank You
Made these tonight and I believe its the medium heat that makes then taste much better. They had the golden brown pan fry and didn't taste bland at all. I always been afraid to make pork chops because of frying them in high heat.
you can't get pork at farmers markets and tried this recipe with new zealand pork was tough like rubber, pork chops are shit.
Mouth watering. Doing it this week for my man
that is a beautiful dish
Looks Great 🙂 I have a question about the sauce – how much chicken broth – looks like it only made enough sauce for one serving – so what to do if you want enough for 4?
What leafs are those?
How long in the oven?,,,what temperature? Peanut oil better than virgin Olive Oil ?
Thank you! The chops were good and the sauce is killer.
Got to love it pan seared pork chops and that sauce looked tasty.
That works also and would keep the meat moist.
Got to add flavor!
Thank you!
This was peanut oil
Thank you!
I'd go with a higher heat to get a better crust on them, then finish them in the oven with a temp probe so they come out medium.
Seasoned oil, great idea! Fine looking pork chops!
