Palak Pulao or Spinach Rice is a simple and flavorful Indian rice recipe cooked with spinach and seasoned with Indian spices.

Palak Pulao is a one pot dish and easy to make. It is a healthy way to get all goodness of spinach as part of your main course meals.
It can be made both from
fresh rice or left over rice. You can also add any vegetables like Peas, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower etc. to the Pulao.

Palak Rice or Palak Pulao tastes great on its own without any side and thus is ideal to pack in a single lunch box. Palak Pulao
can also be relished with plain Curd or with any Raita like Pyaz Tamatar Raita, Mint Raita and Boondi Raita.

Spinach is a rich source of iron, calcium and other minerals which makes Palak Rice a really healthy dish. Spinach Rice is a good way to introduce spinach into
diet of kids
especially as they may not like Palak (Spinach) in its pure cooked form.
