I have done it and it tasted good but the cheese not thick as the cheese….. it's more like ice cream. anything need to adjust. I have followed exactly as in this recipe.

I tried making this, the end result was the cream overpowering the cream cheese, making it taste more like whipped cream mixed with Oreos . I would recommend adding a bit more cream cheese and less cream.
is it okay if I mix the whip creams and cream cheese with a spoon? because I am just a starter and I am a kid, We dont have a mixer in our kitchen.
