4 pieces star anise
2 tablespoons rice wine
3 teaspoons five spice powder
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 lbs minced pork shoulder
3 tablespoons peanut oil
3 inch cinnamon stick
1 piece rock sugar
cooked white rice
pickled mustard greens
pickled daikons
