How To Make Ice Cream At Home – Video Recipe
No ice cream maker recipe! Today I show you how to make rich and creamy ice cream at home with my very simple recipe. You don’t even need to add egg yolks and heat this recipe. This video shows how to cook great vanilla, chocolate and triple choc chip ice cream, but really the sky is the limit as far as flavours is concerned. Give it a go!

Ingredients:
Vanilla:
600ml thickened whipping cream
200ml sweetened condensed milk
1 ¼ tsp vanilla extract, it’s cheaper than vanilla beans and still gives great results
80g icing sugar (normal sugar won’t dissolve properly unless you heat the mixture)
1 litre freezer container
Freeze for at least 8 hours and remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving.
Chocolate:
Add 2 ½ tbs of cocoa powder to vanilla recipe
Triple Choc Chip:
Add Dark and White choc chips to chocolate recipe

Hello sir I would like to share something with you because I tried boiling Thai tea leveves in cream the type that you have used in your program and belive me it worked well with a beautiful color so I put it in the fridge overnight the next day taking it out the the Thai ice tea cream was beautiful and smooth but when I put it in the electric blender it was still blendind ok not until I added condensed milk it started to separate like partly butter and partly liquid I would like to ask you would it be better if all I did was to let the cream that I boiled with the Thai tea leaves just naturally cool down and don't put it in the fridge overnight please advice a thousand thanks.
