Do you peel the skin off the chickpeas after soaking before putting in the blender?
I am agree with you about coriander and parsley

I don't trust this white English gay sounding robot chef at all…as a white dude I'm smart enough to know that I should rely on the Lebanese people in order to get these dishes just right. Shout out to the Egyptians for kicking ass on the pyramids and inventing falafel…but the Lebanese know how to revise these dishes so that they are truly yummy.
i think u must double check ur recipe this is not falafel sorry
You cant make falafel easy

Wish I'd read the comments first!!!! Like an idiot, although I doubted my ears when he said 1 and a half tablespoons, I still went ahead, and thus, ruined the lot. Yuk!!!
I expected him to say "two table-spoons of flour, chopped" at 0:19
You called him a chef … What kind of ghetto ass chef has that thing for a blender? LOL
