How to cook minced beef (main dish) – Shan Hkat
Minced Beef – Shan Hkat
1. Beef (Minced) (Dum su shan)
2. Salt (Jum)
3. Oil (Salt)
4. Laksa leaf (Mahkaw nam)
5. Chilli (Ma jap)
6. Dry sour fruit (Tsi ni si Jahkraw)
7. Garlic (Shakau hpraw)
8. Ginger (Shanam)
Pound chilli, garlic, ginger, salt and laksa leaf together and marinate the beef in a mixing bowl.
Add oil into the marinated beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, when the beef is half cooked. Add boiled water and cover it.
