How To Make Ghosali Bhaji | Easy Ridge Gourd Vegetable Recipe

500 gms ghosali – chopped
1 onion – chopped
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya jeera
salt to taste
fresh coconut – for garnish
– Add oil in a wok.
– Add the cumin seeds, asafoetida and onion and give it a stir.
– Lower the flame and add the chopped ghosali, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya-jeera powder and salt to taste and let the ingredients cook on low flame.
– Cover it with a lid for sometime. Then open the lid and let the water evaporate.
– The simple and delicious ghosali / ridge gourd bhaji is ready to be served.
