Hi Ruchi, I tried your recipe of gatte ka saag and it turned out absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe 🙂 I made a minor change to the recipe : I added fennel seeds while preparing the gattas and they tasted nicer :)
Ruchi ghevar ki recipe bataona
so far I know, saaag means spinach, but there's no spinach in this recipe. so do they call saag for sabzi ?
I liked the way you cooked and explained. Keep it up.
I don't usually keep achaar masala at home so what can I add instead of the pickle masala?

Hi Ruchi! You make everything seem extremely simple! Thanks to you I have started cooking everything and to perfection- which is a big bonus in my budget of student life. I live away from Home (out of India) and I miss all these dishes being a big foodie and I can't be grateful to you enough for bringing such a change in me that I can practically cook everything now- which helps me in catering to my ever demanding tastebuds and also save quite some money! Thank you! xx
PS- your presentation style and the script of the episode is always amazing because without chit-chatting too much you come directly to the point without forgetting about giving tips or necessary information for beginners! 🙂
