Hi Lee, I am very interested in buying 1 of your cleavers, but am wondering how u keep them so sharp at home?
The problem I have with a lot of food from that region is I am allergic to peanuts! so I have to be really careful when in a Vietnamese or Thai restaurant
That mango is to young..you could get colic..it should be a little fuller…

Is green mango the same as unripe mango?
