-Coconut Oil
– 1tsp of Mustard seed
– Curry Leaves
– Garlic
– Ginger
– 2 red chillies
– Onions
– Raw Mangoes
– 1tsp Turmeric
– Chilli Powder
– Pomfret
– Salt

– Add coconut oil to mud pot
– Add 1tsp of Mustard seed and let it splutter
– Add curry leaves, freshly chopped garlic, freshly chopped ginger and two dry red chillies
– Don’t let the curry leaves turn brown, keep them little crispy
– Add the remaining onions
– Add half tsp of Salt
-Grind raw mangoes, freshly desiccated coconut, add onions, add some turmeric, some chilli powder and coriander also add water and grind to fine consistency
– Add the mixture in the pan and add some chilli powder and water
– Keep for a minute or half
– Add finely chopped raw mango
– Add pomfret, with cuts into it.
-Keep the curry on stove for 15 minutes and don’t forget to cover while steaming
