If you can not handle the heat can u de-seed the peppers? Will the dish taste alright without the seeds and veins of jalapeno?

I never ad salt to a dish until completed. I prefer to taste the finished product & ad salt & pepper to finish it up. I do this to try to keep the sodium down. ( The less salt & pepper I use the healthier the food is ) I rarely prepare these "Papas Picosas" because of the oil & starch from the potatoes, but they are really good, when I'm in the mood for a hot spicy dish. Garlic is optional, but I personally do not add Garlic to my veggies.
