INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:
500g of Pasta (cooked as per packet directions)
30g of Butter
4 Cloves of Minced Garlic (about 3-4 teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Cream (about 400ml)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 Cup of Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Teaspoons of Freshly Chopped Parsley (plus extra to garnish)
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 15 minutes
SERVES 4 – 6
ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC

This turned out DELISH!! Guys don't worry if you have no cream!! I literally just used milk, cream cheese, a bit of corn starch, some whipped cream and sour cream. I used whatever the heck I had LOL and added in a bit extra Parmesan cheese and omgsh everyone fell in love!! It was the perfect balanced taste of sweet and savoury 🙂 yummers! Also I used less butter. But then again I made a serving for like three people, so portions were much different.

Is this able to be eaten the next day? I'm bad with measurements and if I make too much I want to be able to know if it keeps so I can take some to work the following day

Love your recipes, but here in the US most of of us don't use grams. We have google it to convert.
