Coronation Chicken: Mildly spiced, creamy, crispy dish
Created for a Queen but delicious even if you’re not royalty!! This is my take on the classic dish. Make it as a main dish, a side salad for a summer BBQ or as a starter.

u inspired me to give it a go with this recipe tonight 🙂 thanks for sharing :-)
So was this served warm or cool? Thanks, an american who wants to know!
Just love this recipe. The family really enjoyed the meal so much that I was asked to make it again. This time I used a roast chicken rather than joints. Hubby had the leftovers in his lunchbox the following day. x
This looks fantastic! I'm definitely going to make this some time soon and dig in :)
6500 Subscribers and counting, that's amazing!! Congratulations!!
Sacha, I love your chicken recipes! They are so amazingly delicious! Love making them
Wow, one of my favourite videos so far. It's so easy to make and looks delicious. Didn't know the history either, thanks for that.
This looks terrific! One question – what are sultanas? I am in the US and not familiar. Thanks!
I would love to send you a family recipe for you to try called 15's but im not sure how?
Totally giving this a go…..looks amazing! I try loads of your meals, keep them coming xx
Never had this, Sacha. Looks dee-lish. I bet the sauce would be an excellent raw veggie dip, too!
Of course you would make a yummy Coronation Chicken, because you are the King of Youtube:)
Brings back memories- my nan made this a lot!! I'll definitely be making this. Thanks Sacha
Hi Sacha and Minion, I'm just loving this recipe, and it's so versatile to, you can I think eat it hot with nan bread as a great lunch/dinner/supper, or cold with a crisp green salad as a wonderful working lunch, or summer dinner. I'm going to try this recipe cold first, and get a feeling how good it will taste hot. Ohhh hot over crisp jacket potatoes. ????A great video, thank you both, massive hugz and big love, have a great rest of the week and weekend. ????????????????xxxxxx
Ooh! Another must try! Looks yummy.
I love watching your videos and trying the recipes. Can you please tell me if this dish is served hot or cold? I didn't catch if the rice and chicken are hot or cold when putting this dish together. This Canadian Squirl can't wait to try this! You really need to travel to Banff, Alberta to ski the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Love ya!
It has the colors of Brazil in it. They got rid of their emperors long ago. So I call it "Republican chicken" LOL yum…
