what makes the tofu red, is it a result of the fermentation or is it a result of an ingredient, never had it, have no idea what it would taste like
This is the first time I've seen fermented tofu that red! Where I live, I only see the colorless ones at the Asian supermarket. Apparently if I make this, I will have to use red food coloring.
Braised pork belly is my fave too. It’s definitely a must have dish for the Lunar New Year. 🙌🏻
